I hope you enjoyed the vid. Yeah, no flat-screen TV’s for me. I will not be buying any more bullion for a while, so I thought I’d document the stash. My 1100cc car feels the weight of the bullion!.
Screw the genetic epidemics: Heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, obesity & cancer. Start changing most of those bad eating habits for good ones.
On health, look at Dr Caldwell Esselstyns vid ‘Make yourself heart attack proof’ on video google.
Look up Gabriel Cousens MD, his work with the reversal of type 2 diabetes is excellent.
Check out http://www.youtube.com/user/FrittHelsevalg , this channel has some great down to earth info regarding cancer. Research broadly. Don’t jump to conclusions too quickly. Yes there is some really exciting work being done out there, by simply going back to the basics.
