What is the difference between silver and gold saxophones?
Posted by admin as Gold Silver
I am getting ready to purchase a new alto saxophone and I have noticed that there are gold and silver saxes. Is there a better quality between the two? If so which is better and which one should I buy?
The Silver plated or solid sterling silver Bell has a moother, richer sound than the brass version. But they are more expensive. The investment is better with the Silver sax but that depends on your budget.

Paperback, Instant Gold
Posted by admin as Gold Bullion
The year is 1964 and gold bullion is illegal to own. Private citizens are required to sell it to the government for a fixed price. Early one foggy November morning a small shop opens for business in the fashionable shopping district of downtown San Francisco. Showcased in their window is the one thing they sell. A small, nondescript can with simple lettering. Etched clearly on the plate glass window was…Instant Gold. Could alchemy be real? Three mysterious inventors open shop after shop and everyone wants something. Big business and the mob want a piece of the action. The government wants to control them, and the public just want their 8 ounces of fine gray powder to turn into solid gold. Instant Gold is a modern day fairy tale that satirizes human greed and lays bare the whole paradox of free enterprise capitalism.

What is the difference between an Xbox LIVE Silver/Gold membership?
Posted by admin as Gold Silver
In general, can anyone tell me the difference between a Silver and a Gold membership? That is to say, specifically, can I play multi-player with friends on an Xbox LIVE Silver membership, or must it be a Gold membership? This is my first time with XBL, and I would appreciate the help.
Thank you! I have been trying to figure that out for awhile. I will choose you as Best Answer Pirate65, when I can. Thanks again.
On a silver membership you can only talk with your friends but you can’t play with them.
on Gold you can play online!!

how much is a silver pound coin worth?
Posted by admin as Silver Coin
i have a Silver Coin. its made in 1986.
There were two designs in 1986 made for circulation out of nickel-brass and a silver proof version of each. The circulation varieties are worth about £2.50 ($4US) if like new and half that if lightly circulated. The silver proof varieties are worth about £11 ($18US) There is also a gold version known as a Sovereign or Guinea which would be worth much more. I hope that helps.
